Consult and advise customers to assess their travel requirements and deliver accurate, timely information
Leverage in-depth understanding of client's brand promise and program benefits to fulfill customer requests
Represent client brands professionally as a brand ambassador to build their market profile
Strive to deliver the best possible customer experience
Deliver quality customer service by building/maintaining strong customer relations, profiling customers, anticipating needs, and planning events
Contribute to various customer communication and service collaterals
Strengthen and manage customer relationships and records through CRM
Collect customer feedback to continuously enhance service quality
skills & experiences required.
Certificate or Diploma in Mass Communication, Business Studies, Tourism, or other relevant fields
2+ years of experience in customer service duties, Hospitality, Residential, Serviced Apartment, Airline or Credit Card/ Member service preferred
Experience in the Concierge/ Tourism/ Travel/ Travel Agency industry is an added advantage
Omni-channel work experience is preferred – phone, email, and chat
High proficiency level in both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua
Open to fresh graduates
Immediate availability is highly preferred
